Every year a battle wages along the shores of Lake of the Woods.
The Contestants: Five teams representing Canada - Five Teams representing the United States.
The Prize - Honour and Glory. Not to mention their name on a fabulous trophy: the Frank Townsend Can-Am Challenge trophy.

The contestants will be chosen from the top 5 Canadian and US Teams from the previous year's Tournament (assuming they are still together). The Top Team (previous year) from each country will have the honour of being the Captains
